aightech b9b2e0711f feat: add XIAO_COM, EMG_DAQ_ADS1292, v2/emgvib and flexBracelet
Four new boards, all authored with KiCad 10:

- hmi/communication/XIAO_COM: XIAO-based com module (README, HARDWARE.md,
  plots, gerbers, STEP/STL)
- hmi/submodule/sensor/EMG_DAQ_ADS1292: ADS1292 EMG front-end with an
electrodeFilter sub-sheet. Its README and description.yaml were copied
from the ADS1293 module and still named that chip -- corrected here.
- hmi/submodule/v2/emgvib: combined EMG + vibration submodule
- tool/flexBracelet: flex bracelet with JLCPCB production files

Still missing and left for a follow-up: description.yaml for XIAO_COM,
and README + description.yaml for emgvib and flexBracelet.
