aightech c3e82900e8 chore(kicad): migrate S_XIAO, COM_MOD, DRY_ELEC_16CH and ADS1293 to KiCad 10 
File format bump only: version 20250114 -> 20260306, generator_version
9.0 -> 10.0. The project files gain the new KiCad 10 default keys (zone
fill parameters, extra DRC/ERC severity entries). COM_MOD.kicad_sch has
an identical component set before and after -- no design change.

EMG ADS1293 Module

This module is a data acquisition module that embeds the ADS1293 analog front-end. It is responsible for acquiring the EMG signals from the electrodes.
