JustStan b25cbd8449 feat: complete library, all product families merged
Merge every per-project KiCad library into the canonical Incutec library:
105 symbols, 195 footprints, full 3D model set. Footprint refs unified to
the Incutec: nickname, model paths to the submodule path contract
(${KIPRJMOD}/../libs/KiCad-Library/3dmodel/). Sources, collision decisions
and validation in MANIFEST.md. Submodule-based usage documented in README.
License CERN-OHL-S-2.0 to match the boards.
