JustStan 703d3233c5 Rename library nickname and files from Incutec to OpenDrone 
symbol/OpenDrone.kicad_sym, footprint/OpenDrone.pretty, footprint refs
inside symbols now OpenDrone:. Tools and README follow. PCM package 1.1.0.
README documents the submodule use from the template.
