JustStan e7362845c6 restructure: move KiCad project into hardware/ (20x20)
Mirror the OpenFC-Lite layout: move the KiCad project, project-local
libraries, lib tables, production, datasheets, tools/scripts, design
docs and exports under hardware/. Root keeps README, LICENSE, CLAUDE.md,
images/, licensing/. All paths are ${KIPRJMOD}-relative so nothing
breaks; verified netlist (167 comps) and DRC resolve from the new
location. README/CLAUDE paths updated. (CLAUDE.md is git-ignored.)
