JustStan 51d0394885 docs: add OSHWA certification badge to README 
Certified open source hardware, OSHWA UID BE000028. Light and dark
badge SVGs in images/, picture element switches on color scheme.
New README text uses the renamed repo slug OpenESC-20x20.
