JustStan 2d35a7ab18 Add prebuilt Betaflight uf2 for Rev 2 (#17) ...

Target OPENFC_LITE_RP2350B, 2026.6.0-alpha, built from
Just4Stan/betaflight branch pico-enable-osd-hd.

Carries the Rev 2 pin workaround for the GND shorts on GPIO0-3,
GPIO28 and GPIO31, so the active IO mapping does not match the
silkscreen. Rev 3 fixes the shorts and retires the workaround.

The binary is a Betaflight build and stays under GPL-3.0.
