JustStan 7d2225c130 docs: correct the gyro LED root cause in the Rev 3 changelist ...

D9, R39 and U15 are absent from the Rev 2 layout entirely. They exist in the
Rev 2 schematic but were never placed; the board carried an unused
NCV8187AMT180TAG footprint instead. D4, D5, D7 and their series resistors are
all present on Rev 2, which is why only the gyro indicator looked dead. The
recorded 180 degree mounting error does not explain it.

All three parts are placed on the current board with clean parity, so the
indicator works. What remains is a brightness choice on R39.
