The SOD-882 (RB161QS-40 RPP diodes D2/D3) library footprint carried an EasyEDA absolute-coordinate 3D offset of (-911.61, 887.73) mm, so the diode models rendered a kilometre off the board. Library fixed to zero offset via the pcbnew API. The matching board-instance fix lives in the working tree together with the in-progress Rev3 layout changes and will be committed with them; these renders are taken from that current state, so both diodes are now visible and every IC verified present.
