JustStan ca7d166399 docs: standardise AGENTS.md, complete spec table, fix flash targets ...

AGENTS.md rebuilt on the org template and fact-checked against the design files. README spec table completed (telemetry power, dimensions, 1.0 mm PCB for all variants) and maintainer added. FLASHING.md build targets corrected to opendrone.rx_2400.lite / .lite_ufl. DOC text variables cleaned of em dashes.
