JustStan 60081d6c40 Rebuild E6 substitute STEP models from the trusted wrl geometry ...

The .step files beside these .wrl models were different parts (USB-C
3.5x oversized, etc), and the upstream LCSC .step is the same wrong
file, so kicad-cli --subst-models shipped wrong geometry in every STEP
export while the 3D viewer looked perfect. Rebuilt as tessellated STEP
solids from the .wrl the viewer renders, via
OpenDrone-Scripts/kicad/wrl_to_step.py: bbox and origin now match to
0.000 mm. check_models reports zero E6, export unblocked.
