JustStan bfdcda0fa2 Add the ExpressLRS logo footprint to the shared library ...

Graphics only, no pads, generated by bitmap2component. Marked board_only,
exclude_from_pos_files and exclude_from_bom, so it stays out of the CPL and the
BOM. Carries artwork on both F.SilkS and F.Cu; drop the F.Cu polygons after
placing if silkscreen alone is wanted.
