Fully async serial passthrough, fixed some net highlughting stuff to show I2C, PWM, UART, stopped readGPIOwithFloating() from fucking with (some) stuff, probe switch sensing now calibrates on startup.

Getting logic analyzer support kinda working (init with w and run jusleview-BPandJ, connect on JLV5port5 or the last port), made python copy a local instance of the node file so things you do only modify the local file and only save to the filesystem with nodes_save() (single line commands should work like they did, idk this needs some polising), added the ability to switch slots in micropython
