Building on the v6.1 GaAs cell and the v1.1 Silicon cell modules, this solar module combines the new MCXN947 microcontroller and the new double-sided Kapton tape with low temperature soldered wires to the back positive terminal of the solar cells. A lot of simplification and polishing of traces was done. Also adds v3 debug connector, and LEDs on both sides now.
