erfi-x2 7c2e363274 Cleanup, chg pin header footprint and xiao seed symbol

* Cleanup:
  - Silkscreen changed to variable values
  - added power supply digikey link in schematic
* Fan Pin header
  - added values in properties
  - caught mistake in footprint original footprint mismatching pin
    values
  - changed footprint to kicad generic 4-pin fan pin header
* Edited xiao seed manufacturer symbol to be less ugly
  - Pin spacing is closer
  - Overall symbol is now smaller

Move schematics off of root page onto its own sheet. Rename sheets to be oresat standard naming convention. Clean up 0603 and 0402 footprints to be oresat passives. Sort BOM by footprint. Clean up silkscreen. Finally, clean up solar sim repository, removing old capstone software files (should be in software repo).
