Andrew Greenberg 32a1b5109a Big almost-done cleanup ...

Fixed a bunch of things in the schematic. Compared against C3 Octavo. Fixed all weird ERCs. Cleaned up a lot of planes on the layout. Moved uart switch, rerouted a bunch of traces for better layout. Fixed library issues, and board/sch sync issues.
