Linus Torvalds bb61799fd8 Add simple dual-stomp passive board ...

For testing the expression pedal jack on the usb-stomp board...  This is
such a trivial board that it's almost embarrassing: I actually did the
original expression pedal testing with just a TRS cable attached, and
shorting things by hand with a small piece of wire.

This is just the "now you can short things by foot by using an actual
switch" version of that.
