Linus Torvalds 454ee1bdc2 Add enclosure description files
This is the Tayda drill service text-file description of the 125B
enclosure drill design, and the openscad file for the 3D-printed insert
between the SH1107 OLED screen and the pedal board.

That tayda drill file is a very odd format - it's their "download as
text file" thing. I don't know how you'd upload it to use it, but the
simple cases are the hole positions, so

	A	12.5	-16.0	-40.0

is a 12.5mm hole at -16/-40 on side A (top). That's one of the two
stomp switch holes.

The other ones are rectangles that appear to have been turned into lines
(with bad FP precision printout). In the more legible drill box UI they
are:

	Side A rectangle : center x,y -8,33 : h,w 30,30
	Side B rectangle : center x,y 0,7.5 : h,w 11.2,9.2

so if there's no way to upload that text-file, at least it can be
re-created from it.
