ELEC-299 BMS Current Sense Board (#39)
* ELEC-299 BMS Current Sense
Schematic Library:
+ IC VREF SERIES 5V 5MA SOT23-5

Changes:
- Added LTC6820, transformer and associated passives
- Added ADC and buffer op amp
- Added VREF IC to library

TODO: Finish schematic with current sense amplifier, add tantalum cap to
ADC power as per datasheet

Schematic changes:
- Added voltage regulator circuits, and added LDOs
- Added INA240 current amplifier with 4.096V reference
- Added 2 TVS diodes on the inputs

TODO: add LEDs, add TPs, finish schematic for TVS

Questions: Should the TVS diodes be connected to HV ground? If so, where
does HV ground come from?

Should everything be powered off of the LDO? inc 6820 and pullup?

* Schematic Library:
/Changed RES SHUNT 100UOHM to 2 parts with the connector and linked with
3D model
/Linked IC 24BIT ADC with footprint

PCB Library:

- Added test points and LEDs to schematic
- Connected bottom of shunt resistor to ISO GND
- Created preliminary PCB layout

* ELEC-299 Made block diagram embedded

* ELEC-299 BMS Current Sense Board Rev 1.2
- Removed one voltage reference IC
- Changed 12V-5V DCDC to 12V-12V isolated DCDC
- Changed shunt connections to 20 mil
- Increased gap between planes to 1mm
- Moved INA240 to length match inputs
- Generated PDF for schematic and PCB

* ELEC-299 BMS Current Sense Rev 1.2
- Deleted buffer op amp
- Moved Vref to where the buffer used to be

TODO: Finish routing and add thermals for shunt terminals

* ELEC-299 BMS Current Sense Rev 1.2
- Finished routing all traces
- Changed +5V LDO to 12mil
- Added polygon cutout around the thermal pads for current sense
- Added stiching vias to shunt terminals
- Improved silkscreen
- Moved a few test points around to optimize routing

* ELEC-299 BMS Carrier Rev 1.3
- Added place holders for PI filters with caps and ferrite beads
- Modified schematic to fit new components

* ELEC-299 BMS Current Sense Rev 1.4
- Added 2 pads for 0.1" headers for BMS scruteneering
- Optimized silkscreen layout
- Added extra vias near filtering components to ISO GND
- Generated gerbers, NC drill file, PDF and STEP model

* ELEC_299 BMS Current Sense - Moved connection between sense resistor and ISO GND, and regenerated all output files

* Deleted DIOC1608... LED footprint and changed 3D model of LED, 0603 to a LED instead of a resistor. PcbLib should now be same as the master
