- Finished schematic for precharge

* Fixed connection issues, added footprints for inverter and TO-247

* Fixed errors in schematic, added heatsink footprints, added and
organized components onto PCB. Time to route.

(470k,29.4k, 2k,0), fixed mostfet footprint orientation
