added tests for kc705_top and kc705_top_loopback in order to race the differneces and why RXCDRLOCK was working in the KC705_GTX_Phy_Test design but not in the kc705_top design. All boils down to the fact that kc705_top.vhd loopen_i is a connection from "xwr_core" to "wr_gtx_phy_kintex7" but is is not initialized driven by "xwr_core"! Set loopen_i '0' on the phy for the time being.
