gitified_old_clb_svn/sw/embedded/WRPC_simu

For simulation of
....fw\CLBv2_Design\clb_wrpc\
and
....fw\CLBv2_Design\clb\
software is needed to properly initialize the endpoint registers etc.
This software mustn't take too long therefore print statements and timeouts are removed or shortened
to speed up simulation time.
Files involved:
	wrc_main.c		-> Print statements, fixed MAC adddress 08:00:30:6C:27:75, AutoNegotiate OFF
	dev/endpoint.c	-> Print statements, timer for PHY reset
