- Integrate `serial.tools.list_ports` in `monitoring_CMBs.py` for automated serial port discovery and selection during CLI setup
- Update GUI title bar and system status indicators to dynamically display the selected COM port
- Translate all terminal prompts, status logs, and code comments to English
- Update `README.md` to reflect dynamic port selection, hardware specifications, and system setup steps
- Configure PyInstaller bundling parameters to package the executable with the `tle9018dqk` driver module
