* Rename BQ25887 to BQ25887RGE (RGE == VQFN-24), move left pins 
  to match better other layouts, update Description and filter, 
  fix Footprint
* Invert I2C pins order, SCL top and SDA bottom
* Pin 7 (INT) is active-low in BQ25895RTW
* Update BQ25886RGE to match the other 2 symbols, move OTG, CE# and others to bottom left
* Update BQ25887 to match BQ25886RGE layout, fix partially issue #3296
* Update BQ25895RTW to match BQ25886RGE layout, fix partially issue #3296
