So, I thought that to improve the user experience, we could create an application that hosts the database server locally on the client-side. This client-side application might remove the long access time required whenever one switches from one library to another. It can be a stand-alone application, and if configured properly, it can provide Point-of-Presence to this library for other users, significantly improving the database.
Lastly, it can be synced with a central database periodically or at user request.
I want to work on this, but for that even I would require your help.
Ps: is this something like /CelestialADB-Desktop?
