Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Boost converter used on rev2 does not work as the output has been pre-charged to 2.2V before it is turned on. Cause of the precharge voltage is currently unknown.
Does trigger in and clock in require 50 ohm termination? If so, consider changing the clock generator to the LMK03318, as it has switchable 50-ohm terminations on its inputs.
Add 0ohm jumper stuffing options to a PCIe x1 edge connector at the top of the board (inspired by Nvidia's SLI) to make installation and synchronization of multiple PCIe ThunderScope cards in a desktop much easier for a user than a mass of bnc cables. Will also need to design a rigid back plane with user populateable connectors at standard card spacing.
Consider using FT3-B3 DPDT relay to switch in and out 50 ohm path at the input of the PGA (could consider using the input of the buffer too to gain it's level shifting).
All done, precharged voltage due to improper PGA rail sequencing fixed in rev 4
