Simple 4 channel mixer for CV and Audio

The inputs are DC biased and can be attenuated between 100% to 0%. The Mix output can be additioanlly offset by a positive or negative voltage.

LED for the negative voltage does not work properly, remove the PNP LED driver (and the LED itself).
