JustStan 710da8db6e Standardise: merge DESIGN.md and CLAUDE.md into AGENTS.md, trim README

Adopts the org-wide shape. Four root files, CONTRIBUTING is a stub pointing at
OpenDrone-hw/.github, .gitignore and .gitattributes are the canonical copies.

AGENTS.md replaces hardware/docs/DESIGN.md and the gitignored CLAUDE.md, which
duplicated each other and disagreed. Written from the design files rather than
from either document, which caught two stale claims CLAUDE.md was carrying:
it described 2S-6S input and "input clamp: 3x SMBJ24A TVS", but no TVS exists
in the schematic or on the board, and the project is KiCad 10, not 9.

Adds hardware/4in1.kicad_dru, which this repo did not have at all despite
CONVENTIONS naming it the reference repo. Carries the canonical block plus the
2 oz outer copper rule this board needs: 0.16 mm clearance and track width on
outer layers only, so inner-layer signal routing keeps the 0.09 mm line
standard. DRC passes with it active, 0 violations.

README drops the repository layout, build commands and manufacturing detail,
which now live in AGENTS.md or the org document, and drops the prose status
line, which the status-* topic carries. OSHWA certification BE000029 stays.

No schematic, board or project file is touched.
