JustStan f04231ac78 feat: add 20x20-ESC-QC press-contact QC fixture project ...

New KiCad project for a bench QC jig: the assembled ESC is pressed
face-down onto this board so pogo contacts land on its exposed pads
(power, motor phases, DShot signals). Includes project-local libs
(ESC-QC.kicad_sym, ESC-QC.pretty with the 4in1ESC-negative footprint,
ESC-QC.3dshapes), the board STEP export, and a README describing the
fixture concept and contact map.
