JustStan 0108327356 Add prebuilt Betaflight uf2 (#21) 
Target OPENFC_LITE_MINI_RP2350A, 2026.6.0-alpha, built from
Just4Stan/betaflight branch pico-enable-osd-hd. IO follows the
silkscreen; no pin workaround, unlike the full-size Lite Rev 2.

The binary is a Betaflight build and stays under GPL-3.0.
