JustStan 0872d528b6 Rev 3: 8S bucks, LP5912 gyro LDO, BMI270, drop the panel project ...

Power: both bucks are LMR51635YDDCR (U6, U16, C45262770), 4.3-60 V with a 63 V
absolute maximum, replacing the LMR51430YFDDCR whose 38 V absolute maximum left
no margin at 8S. The reference moves from 0.6 V to 0.8 V so the feedback
dividers follow: R22 8.87k for 9.82 V and R24 19.1k for 4.99 V. Same SOT-23-6
land pattern, different pinout, so both buck corners are re-routed.

Gyro supply: U15 LP5912-1.8DRVR placed, along with D9 and R39 which existed in
the Rev 2 schematic but were never placed in the Rev 2 layout. The unused
NCV8187AMT180TAG footprint is gone.

IMU: BMI270 (U9).

Panel: OpenFC_Panel.kicad_pcb and .kicad_pro removed. Production sets come from
OpenFC.kicad_pcb directly now; README updated to match.

ERC and DRC reviewed by the maintainer.
