JustStan c2875dfcab lib: fill LCSC, Manufacturer and MPN on placed library symbols ...

Copied from the standardised schematic instances: 13 symbols gain
missing fields, including LCSC numbers for LP5912-1.8DRVR, SM03B
and SM04B. DMN1150UFB-7B and LSM6DSV16XTR left alone: their placed
instances carry substitute parts (AP1606 C2849580, BMI270 C2836813),
needs a human call.
