JustStan c11138165f hardware: add LP5912-1.8 LDO (U15) and layout working state 
- New LP5912-1.8DRVR symbol in project lib, WSON-6 2x2mm footprint with
  thermal vias, matching STEP model
- LP5912-1.8 added to power sheet as U15
- OpenFC.kicad_pcb layout working state carrying the change
- .kicad_pro used_designators updated (U15)
