cpresser e7081d5c14 Fix Pin4 of TPS770XXPDBV 
The TPS770XXPDBV was derived from TPS78233DDC which has Pin4 stacked
with GND. This is not correct for the TPS770XXPDBV.
So a new root symbols TPS77012PDBV was created and the remaining
devices of the series derived from it.
