Changed passive component footprints to 0603 no silk c. Fixed OPD UART termination resistor on cfc processor card. Added low temp co and tolerance resistor for NTC  thermistor tec voltage divider.

Big cleanup - fixed a billion ERCs and DRCs. Switched a bunch of parts over to OreSat parts. Added analog switch on UART so CFC processor can talk serial to C3. Last thing left: clean up passives with new footprints, maybe.
