Big sweep through to clean up from v2.0 to v2.1 board. Cleaned up all of the Github issues, and even added a MPS2410A CC driver to run the TEC for increased efficiency. Left old switch on board just in case. Lots of cleanup, added some documentation, added pin holes for 1.5 mm alignment pins, now version 2.1
