phase_error 3460157f4d Change MCU, Power terminal, and relayout PCB
* From a pi pico we change to a RP-2040 xiao MCU which has smaller
footprint and USB-C
* Remove the previously added banana cables and go with 6PIN molex
receptacle to match the needed 12V DC powersupply we intend to use.
* With the above changes relaid out the PCB
  - No current ERC nor DRC errors of note
