Linus Torvalds d7c34d12df Commit PCB state after initial fixup of 0201 -> 0402 size change ...

This is a quick first run of fixing up the change to 0402 components.
It's DRC-clean but still needs checking that I also did things like move
the ground vias out of the paste layer etc.

Also the incidental fixing of all the through-hole components: they
should have thermal relief spokes to make soldering them easier.
