Kyle D. f041c2f647 Remove __Previews directories ...

These nested Altium preview files have paths exceeding Windows' default
260-char path limit, causing submodule checkout to fail in Windows CI.
They're regenerated by Altium and not needed for any consumer of this
repo as a test fixture.
