Linus Torvalds 56db22892b Add a few new symbols and footprints ...

This is mainly the WS2812B-4020 smart LED: it's a side-view version of
the normal WS2812B-2020 smart LED.

There's a couple of other footprints in there too: a 0806 size inductor
and a 12x12mm switch.  The 12x12mm switch that was part of the standard
kicad libraries didn't actually match the datasheet I found (although
honestly, I think it matches the part: the pad size differences were in
the 0.1mm range)
