Add Several Molex SMA/RP-SMA Connectors #2

This pull request adds the following footprints (and 3D models) to the RF connector database:

Footprints/models are named after the drawing they were based on, since one drawing/model often covers multiple parts (which may differ in surface finish, packaging type, inclusion of nut/washer, etc).

The models for SD-73251-115 and SD-73100-0114/SD-73100-0115 are simply colored versions of the official models, whilst the models for SD-73251-220 are based on the official model but with the nut/washer assembly removed and feet adjusted to cover the two different variants. All other models were drawn from the manufacturer's drawings, deferring to MIL-C-39012C where dimensions were not specified (e.g. for the SMA connector itself) and making reasonable assumptions for chamfers that were not explicitly dimensioned (e.g. on the body leads of edge-launched SMA connectors).

This PR also consolidates the three capitalizations of STEP in the main repo, which was causing issues on Windows when the repository was checked out via 'Bash on Ubuntu on Windows' (each entry in the directory list resolves to the same directory in Windows, but different ones in WSL):
