Changes

Finished work on the trigger widget, trigger widget reducer, and bottom bar trigger status component
Fixed typo in the subcomponent directory in the css files
Added buttons to select the unit type for trigger level
Will resolve #93

Continue wrapping up work needed on the Horizontal Widget (#91) and Vertical Widget (#92)
Discuss next steps for UX now that we have 4 widgets and things are getting pretty full at this point
