JustStan d0d704aca7 Drop the KiCad-Library submodule: nothing references it

No symbol, footprint or 3D model in the design resolves through
libs/KiCad-Library; every part is in the repo's local libraries. The
submodule only cost --recursive clones and pin maintenance. Lib-table
rows for the dead Incutec nickname removed so KiCad stops warning.
