JustStan 88e8b2416e Rev 3: LP5912 gyro LDO, BMI270 ...

Gyro supply moves to LP5912-1.8DRVR (U12, C2876234); the NCV8187AMT180TAG is
gone from schematic and board. IMU is BMI270 (U9). Bucks stay LMR51430YFDDCR,
which has adequate margin for the 6S ceiling this board shares with the 20x20
ESC.

ERC and DRC reviewed by the maintainer.
