JustStan 21bf658d77 Drop helpers that live in OpenDrone-Scripts ...

The openfc_* extract/report trio and set_edgecuts_width.py have their
canonical copies in software/OpenDrone-Scripts/kicad. add_mpn_fields.py
stays: it hardcodes this repo's root-sheet list. audit_design.py stays:
the two OpenFC copies have drifted and are board-specific.
