- KiCad 9 → 10 file format upgrade (all schematics and PCB)
- Add add_mpn_fields.py tool for PCBWay BOM prep
- Remove stale Radioschematic.kicad_sch (not in hierarchy)
- Remove pads.kicad_sch-bak, schematic_analysis.json, preproduction review doc
