JustStan a2c0466a84 Pre-production schematic review and fixes ...

- I2C pullups: 6.8k → 2.2k for reliable 400kHz operation
- WS2812B: added 200R series resistor for signal integrity
- LMR51420 feedback divider: 5.23k → 6.8k for ~9.4V VTX output
- OSD sync hysteresis: R25 100k → 10k for ~25mV noise margin
- U13 LDO: fixed LCSC from C2868202 (TPS74601 adjustable) to
  C524780 (LP5912-3.3 fixed 3.3V) — prevents floating FB pin
- Added red review annotations to all schematic sheets
- Added pre-production review report
- Updated .gitignore for generated paste/BOM exports
