rev 5.17(b): fiddle with trace widths, change BAT_VOLT pin 
move BAT_VOLT to P0.03, since it makes for a shorter trace.

make all traces on the nRF chip either 0.15mm or 0.20mm; this might
reduce the chance of soldering failure on the USB pins. maybe.
