# Altium Hierarchical Sheets

A test project demonstrating an Altium project containing hierarchical sheets.
|
|
|
|
All sheets are "Local Sheets", though "Device Sheets" should behave in much the same way.
|
|
|
|
Netlist Options (Default):
|
|
- [X] Allow Sheet Entries to Name Nets
|
|
|
|
Net Identifier Scope:
|
|
- Hierarchical (Sheet entry <-> port connections, power ports global) - I've changed this away from the default (Automatic) to avoid ambiguity.
|
|
|
|
Multi-Channel Settings are left default, "Flat Numeric With Names"
|
|
|
|
### Project Structure
|
|
|
|
The project structure very deliberately does not match the path structure.
|
|
|
|
- HierarchicalSheets.SchDoc
|
|
- 2x Subsheet Project..Nested.SchDoc
|
|
- Subsheet Simpling.SchDoc
|
|
- Subsheet Parent.SchDoc
|
|
- Subsheet Flat.SchDoc
|
|
