JustStan a9f4355224 Standardize repo: .gitignore, README, license, remove production from tracking 
- Standardize .gitignore to match ecosystem template
- Update README: simplify license section, remove stale status checklist
- Replace LICENSE stub with full CERN-OHL-S-2.0 text
- Remove production/ from git tracking (generated, re-exportable)
- Add previously untracked licensing/ directory
- Delete empty nextpcb/ directory

Licensing Notes

This folder collects the repository-specific licensing and branding notes that sit alongside the root LICENSE file.

Repository scope:

  • Open 4-in-1 AM32 ESC 30x30 hardware design files
  • local footprints, symbols, and manufacturing data included in this repository

Primary project hardware license:

  • CERN-OHL-S-2.0 for the primary Open 4-in-1 AM32 ESC 30x30 design and associated original project files

Related notes:

The main LICENSE stays at the repository root so GitHub can detect the primary project license correctly.
