241c1849b4 Update 3DMODEL_DIR variable for all footprints 
Similar to the previous commit, the variable pointing to the directory
containing the 3D Models for the footprins also need to be updated to
KiCad8 since its versioned.

12f863397a Update format of all footprints to KiCad8 
Even though KiCad8 can read older symbol files, this change is needed
to make future additions to the library easy to review.
KiCad8 introduced a new way of indenting. Even when changing just a
small text, that would result in a huge diff when saving the KiCad7 file
with KiCad8. Those diffs are hard to read making the life of the library
team difficult.

099eb6629a Update of ST HLGA-10 footprint with new calculation 
The original scripts did not support the way ST dimensions its package.
This was mentioned in . The new script now supports it and gives
better results.

288c3c59a3 Add chamfer to edge pads fo LGA 14 2.5x3mm 
This allows for a larger pad to pad clearance between the corner
pads. But with the downside that this fp is now incompatible
with kicad 4.

* Rename HTSOP-8-1EP_3.9x4.9mm_P1.27mm* to reflect the fact that they are manufacturer specific
    * Change them to comply to the currently suggested pad stackup for exposed pads and the manufacturer suggestions.

7f7994ded9 Footprints now scripted, removed toe fillet, new naming convention 
New naming convention includes "Border" to distinguash it better from
"Grid" LGA components.
LGA components in contrast to DFN/QFN do not form a toe fillet.
This means the pads where previosly too long.
